More exciting offseason event: Free Agency or Draft?

Right now, this year, the draft by a wide margin. Restructuring contracts is a big 💤 for me. And there’s not cap space to sign any spectacular free agents.

The draft, on the other hand, is the key to future success. So many positions need upgrading, and the Saints at present have a lot of picks.

If the Saints were contenders needing a few tweaks, free agency could be more interesting than the draft. That’s far from the case now.
