Rebuilding strategy, forty-niners or saints?

I love his play but they lowballed him, he said no, and Sean Payton reeled him in.

The Saints in Moore year 1 just need to play better, show a difference in play relative to new coaching, and solidify as many roles on the team, since there's so much role confusion and instability with the injuries and roster turnover. They need to finally be a team that is improving by season's end, not cratering.
