With that said, the biggest question mark is, is he really that much better than Rattler? or is any of the QBs not named Ward better than Rattler?

Rattler is no longer a rookie and Moore had plenty of tape of Rattler against NFL competition. If Moore thought Rattler was the guy, we'd be going with him. But it doesn't appear to be so, unless the Saints are planning on trading Carr for draft capitol and the Carr restructuring was all one big giant misdirection (which is highly unlikely). What I can say for certain, is there is more reason to believe the Rattler experiment is over then not.

And yes, Dart and even McCord are better QB's then Rattler. Including Dillion Gabriel.
