This makes absolutely zero sense. Nobody would trade anything for Carr let alone a 4th round pick. Doesn't Carr also have an NTC?

He has a NTC but wants to be traded away from the Saints - badly. Would he waive it to be traded to the Titans if he thought he could start there? Who knows.
