There's a QB in this draft who's not being discused that will be better than the guys drafted ahead of him

The thing I do like about Sanders is his football IQ. He grew up in the NFL like the Manning bros. It's going to be much less of a learning curve for him over most rookies.

Most of the greatest QBs to ever play have been less of an athlete and strongest between the ears. I see Sanders as better upside the the field.

He didn't show it. His pocket presence was concerning for someone who supposedly has a high football IQ. Not to mention his panics displayed showed he doesn't have a high football IQ. Someone with a high football IQ would know where the ball will likely go pre-snap and adjust the reads accordingly. Many times he panicked and forced the ball to Travis Hunter who bailed him out. It's one of the things that really helped elevate Hunter over Jeanty for the heisman. I think he's just an athletic freak like his dad, and his athleticism against inferior defenses and talent made him look much better than he actually is. Big fish, small pond kind of thing. The kicker is that even against that inferior talent he struggled against BYU and Nebraska and lost those games. Mostly because both of those teams really focused on Hunter and made Sanders pay when he would force the ball in a panic.
