What teams are getting the most offseason buzz for primetime games? [edit]

You're title is a little confusing to me. I don't think, there has been a real "buzz", at least to me, this off-season, bc no big name has really moved to effect scheduling. I do believe that Washington, thanks to JD, will definitely have a nice primetime scheduling. I don't think Seattle's off-season moves warrants them a better prime-time schedule, if that's what you are implying.
