It's a one year deal for a below average player, I don't think his salary will make much of an impact. Plus, you have to add to the free agent losses and additions the Lucas Patrick signing, which wasn't on the books before.
I think the OTC guy's writeup stipulates that they can only award up to 32 comp picks per draft. Radunz' expected low salary does not place him close to the top 32. So, unlikely to be a concern on that basis alone.
