What about FA WR Terrace Marshall?

I want him to succeed, he's from this area. However, he hasn't shown much of an ability to get open. He runs sloppy routes, always has. In college, his speed allowed him to overcome that, but it doesn't in the NFL. It was one of the knocks on him in the draft.

He would be somewhat of a reclamation project, because it's technique that can be taught that's the weak spot in his game.

I would love to have him try to grow as a Saint. We have room in the WR room for a development guy.
