5th year option deadline for Olave/Penning is May 1st

I look at Devonta Smith in Philly the early knock on him was he was too slight and injury prone. But the talent is undeniable so Philly did a deal.
Same with Tua, Dolphins did the deal.
Saints will do a deal with Olave he is a proven talent.
And Penning won't command top of the market money so there's that...
