Is Kellen Moore not impressed with Rattler?

No one was ever impressed by Ratt. We, as a fanbase, have been desperate for an elite QB since Drew left. The endless what-if threads about Jameis, Taysom, Ian, Jake, and Ratt all point to this. If we were a QB farm like GB years back, maybe, but we're not. We need a guy, and most people know neither Carr nor Ratt ain't it.
