Anybody got any recommendations for good places to eat in Shreveport/Bossier City?

Zardnok has hit a lot of the highlights.

My sister took us to Kim’s a few years ago and now we go almost every time we’re back in Bossier. Nothing exceptional but it’s consistently good and the people have always been friendly. Great as a casual place for a quick lunch.

We went to the Frozen Pirogue once and enjoyed it. Not sure how it’s doing since then but it seemed trendy at the time.

The Blind Tiger has been one of my favorites in Shreveport for many years. I haven’t been in a long time but the impression I get is it’s still quite popular. I’m fairly certain it opened in the 80s and has survived in downtown Shreveport, through economic ups and downs, while other places have come and gone.
