Carr wanted to be traded prior to restructure per NOF and CBSsports

I'm not saying it's going to happen, but I am saying a draft day trade could happen. Don't rule it out. Sure we're getting lip service about who will be under center week 1 of the season in 2025. Yes, it would cost a lot of money. But the actions happening from both Carr and the Saints FO are hinting at the possibility. I'm not counting it out by any stretch. At this point, currently I think its a toss up. Especially given the Steelers current position and Moore very likely doesn't want to depend on a player to lead his offense who appears to favor the previous coach over the new.

Something is going to give but I find it highly unlikely its a Carr/Moore relationship that is successful and positive.

Carr's silence with all these rumors only adds fuel to the fire of speculation as does the Saints clearing $30 million in cap and holding on to it. When was the last time they did that? Does anyone know? It feels like an age or two.

Taking everything we've seen from the Saints salary cap issues over the last decade, combined with Carr disappearing, not wanting to renegotiate, asking for a trade, and the saints clearing 30 million after all of it and holding on to it.... and Carr is still silent, hiding away and you expect me to believe that's all just a coincidence? heh.
