Draft study
You could also pen Barnett as the LB for 2003. He was the DRoY that year. Suggs was projected as a DE/LB tweener that year. Much like Gholston and Long are getting penned this year.
What is also interesting is that the 1st pick for the last 10 years has either been a QB or DE, do you think this year will be the year that the trend switches?
Also perhaps the worst thing we could do statistically is take a BPA at 10. Look at the guys drafted at 10 in prior years.
2007 Amobi Okoye Texans DT Louisville
2006 Matt Leinart Cardinals QB USC
2005 Mike Williams Lions WR USC
2004 Dunta Robinson Texans DB South Carolina
2003 Terrell Suggs Ravens DE Arizona State
2002 Levi Jones Bengals T Arizona State
2001 Jamal Reynolds Packers DE Florida State
2000 Travis Taylor Ravens WR Florida
Perhaps we should just trade down to 11 or 12 for the real value or just pull a Vikings and wait one pick
