State & Saints enter preliminary negotiations for long-term deal -- new stadium likely off the table

Well -- a new stadium is a nice idea -- and there are 30,000 on the season ticket waiting list -- but still -- its hard to justify the additional debt. Now if part of the deal was a new stadium and we drop the yearly bonus payments that would help -- 25 mil a year adds up over time --
