Honestly, I’m fine with sitting anyone that has a minor bruise. That includes bruised confidence as well. This is unfortunate not our season and don’t want any key players out 2 seasons like Michael Thomas!

I'm not a member of the Saints coaching staff and therefore I have zero insight on any real answers to your question.

So common sense will have to suffice.

My guess is he ain't ready and the offense would look even worse.

If I were a coach I'd be leery about throwing the rookie into a no win situation with the multitude of injuries.

Looking down the list of various posts on the SSF I see alot of threads posing a question.

The answer to all of them are injuries.

Cowboys going to do what they do best- feast on teams that are subpar. They'll come out of this with a W feeling good and then lose to playoff contenders.
