I dont like the no kickoff thing. No matter how many times the announcers try to sell it to me.

All the new league requires is punting and kicking field goals. But I don't really understand not having PATs. To me having the option between one or two points adds some suspense to a coach's decision.

But ultimately this new league is probably going to end up being a farm league for the NFL. All they talk about during the broadcast of the games is how the players are wanting a chance to get an NFL gig. Perhaps a few dreams will come true, but most of these guys have already been in some NFL summer camps and practice squads. It's hard to say how many will get a second chance. But no doubt some will stand out enough in the AAF to get picked up by an NFL team.
