I thought FNM were great. But it seems as though ol' Mike is trying to over-compensate for something he is currently "missing", something he once held firmly in his grip.

Like say, for instance, stardom.

I was going to say "relevance", but "stardom" works, too. The only thing missing in that clip was him rolling his eyes back in his head while talking about his Prius.

Some of his new stuff. Not as commercial and he doesn't barely promote anything you have to look for it. But it is pretty descent.

2 more groups coming out with new music this year are:

Cynic: This should be quite interesting. Sean Malone is not part of it though 'Focus' was an outstanding album.

King Crimson also is reforming this year for Crimming. This version is: Robert Fripp, Adrian Belew, Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto, and Gavin Harrison (drummer from Porcupine Tree).

Fleet Foxes - S/T and Sun Giant (Actually not released this year but just discovered, very good band.)
