Maybe one of the most underrated Saints RBs ever. Had every bit the balance and vision that Barry Sanders had (but didn't have the quickness of Sanders, obviously.) Probably our best screen runner that isn't named Alvin.

Yep. The way he weaved through the Colts D for that Super Bowl TD was amazing. He made it seem so easy.

Will always be my fave player. I had forgotten his fumble in the Falcon game but even then he seemed to have gotten it back?

Oh nice, it goes up to 720P. I have it on dvd, but 720P is high def, so I'm gonna watch this one at some point. Not too long ago, I watched the Washington and Arizona games from 09.

Thanks for this thread, I now collected every single game that dude has, which is 89 I believe. I now have all the 09 games and I'm about to watch Week 1 vs the Lions.

Better than Alvin imo. Pierre was silky smooth on those screens.

I also loved him on kickoffs. Is it me or did he seem to get at least to the 40 every time?

Thanks for posting. Great team, and it was so nice to watch a game where the refs didn’t call a “holding” on our defense on every other 3rd & 5! Man what a difference that makes.

The holding penalty in the 4th quarter on the Falcons probably shouldn’t havent been called. Instead of a punt, we score a TD at the end of that drive!

It is a great find, I remember spending quite a bit of time watching old Saints games that were before my fandom.

I recall the first time seeing Pierre Thomas was at training camp in Jackson. I told my wife this guy is special. He stood out even to me, just a fan.
