First offseason as a ticket holder in a while. Before, I remember having invoices mailed out before the season ended, but nothing's been received yet and there's nothing in account manager. Have they changed the timeline for sending out invoices for the upcoming season?

Last year the first payment was due April 10th, I believe, and June 10th for the remaining balance if you didn't pay it all off on the first installment.

I got a similar call from my tkt rep stating that the 1st invoice would be dated for Feb. 13th.
