NFL 2020 Draft 1st Round Recap (1 Viewer)

Sending to the Packers fan who [in normal times] works down the hall from me.

Green Bay blew it IMHO. They have a big hole at LB... they have holes at WR... They have OL needs... and instead they traded up for a boom-or-bust project at QB.
They also did so while they have a prima-donna QB that could have a stick up his butt all season.

One of the things I noticed was how everyone drafted came from only a handful of schools.
LSU, Ohio St, Clemson, Oklahoma and Alabama.

There’s an interview with Aaron Rodgers from before the draft that is side-splitting. He was asked what he hoped the Packers would do in the draft and he said something like, “I hope we pick a skill position player on offense in the 1st round because we haven’t done that in 15 years.”

Haha, well, not sure QB is what he had in mind.

1st round recap...

Falcons reach for a borderline 1st round talent at CB for the 16th pick..
Pick #19, Gruden.. “hold my beer”
