2021 Schedule Release Leak O'Rama? [MERGED]Including unofficial Saints schedule (1 Viewer)

It would be nice to start out fast and get to that bye at 5-0. It’s there for the taking.

Hello, old friend, 1-4.

Winston/Hill would have to be playing at an MVP level to get us to the bye with a winning record.
So much can and will happen before we kick-off the season to us and our opponents that making any win-loss predictions now is just silly. Heck Rodgers could be our starting QB by then.

But the most likely scenario is Rodgers starting for Green Bay with P-Rob and PJ as our corners.

If your hope is to have Rodgers as our QB. Then, It's not looking too good.

I'm looking at historical opponents. Packers, Patriots, Redskins, and Carolina are not good opponents for us historically. Especially, when we do not have QB tape or tape in general. We are film room team. Which is why early season is scariest stretch.

No tape. New QB. Historical tough opponents. Recipe for a rough start.

I actually think the start looks manageable/favorable.

1. GB . Tough but like us gets tougher mid season when AR gets in a groove. And that’s IF they have AR.
2. Caro. New starter and we usually own them.
3. NE- Well they were one of the worst teams last season, this isn’t Brady’s NE.
And we avoid winter time game in Foxboro.
4. NYG- Decent, but is anyone really scared of Daniel Jones and crew. They don’t put up many points.
5. Wash- Might be toughest team of the first 5.....BUT...won East last year at like 7-9. And also no QB yet.

In fact, only 1 team above is set on their QB......and he’s on the trading block.

If that's the real schedule then it looks pretty manageable. Especially to start the season. Other than playing 3/5 on the road it looks like a good opportunity to break in the new QB. And if we're going to be without Marshon for several games that first stretch would be the time to get it over with. The bye week could've been later though. Five primetime games including a Thanksgiving game against the Bills sounds awesome.

But you never know with these things. I look at the schedule and think about how good or bad our opponents were last season. The NFC South should be much more difficult this season. And surely the NFC East will be better this year.
