He will get signed somewhere. First-round rookie contracts are fully guaranteed so the raiders are on the hook for his entire contract. He's got too much potential for someone not to give him a roster spot.

True. I was (mistakenly) counting the bonus money that the Raiders are responsible for, and wouldn't transfer to the team that claims him.
