We learned from IDA that insurance companies like to be weasels about this too. Get your popcorn out. Wait till they find out what they are about to go through.They MAY have Private Flood- ( through private carrier vs NFIP due to costs ) but those policies are DIFFERENT AND NOT backed by NFIP.
