1. Kenny Phillips, S, Miami
2. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, CB, Tennessee St.
3. Beau Bell, LB, UNLV

How about this

1. LB Keith Rivers [USC]

2. CB Antoine Cason [Arizona]

3. DT DeMario Pressley [NC State]

I think Cason will be taken in the 1st round. I like Terrell Thomas,CB, USC or Jack Ikegwuonu, CB, Wisconsin with our 2nd round pick.

Y'all are going based on need, not best player available like SP is known for.
I wouldn't say he's known for it.
His first draft he had by far the best player in college football fall to him, he had to take him. He then addressed needs the rest of the draft.
The second he did go BPA in the first but WR was a need. He then went by needs but the Pittman selection still puzzles me.
Best DEFENSIVE Player avaliable this year is fine by me.

1) Sedrick Ellis (trade up to 8 if need be), DT USC
2) Philip Wheeler, LB Georgia Tech
3) Jamar Adams, S Michigan

Agreed. Cason would have likely been a top 10-20 pick last year had he declared. He did nothing this season that could have hurt his stock... In fact, he had another great year. (Cason came back as a senior to win the Thorpe award, finishing the season with 71 tackles, four for loss, a sack and five interceptions)

He's the one guy I never hear anyone talking about in terms of being a possible pick at #10.... but he should be considered for sure.

For what it's worth... I am not really for the idea of drafting a CB at #10 this year (mostly due to the huge boom/bust factor with CBs).... but if we were going to draft one... Cason might be the best (most proven) CB in this draft.

1. Rivers (MLB)
2. Crable (OLB)
3. Chevis Jackson (CB)

Bamm! immediate impact 3 starters...

That's great and all.... but what are those 3 guys going to do while the opposing QB is sitting in the pocket knitting a sweater while our front 4 attempts hopelessly to apply anything that resembles pressure?

What about these? Are trade down with dallas if they will and do this?
1. LB-K. Rivers 1. CB-R. Smith
2. DT-K. Balmer 1. LB-A. Highsmith Both in 1st from trade
3. CB-Best CB player 2. DT-K. Balmer
3. S-C. Steltz
Free Agents DT-A. Haynesworth and a WR possible B.Berrian
What you think about that? these are all position we need to fill
THATS A DEFENSE RIGHT THERE...
