If the price is right could be a good pickup.

Definitely not worth giving up a Draft pick for, with the type of season he just had.

If he fell out of favor with Shanahan, enough to be a healthy scratch on game days; I don't think Payton will have much patience for him either. Was excused from practices, games for 'personal' reasons, and battled injuries. (we already got burned with injured receivers Meredith, Brandon Marshall)

I'll pass; they still might end up cutting him.

I want Justin Jefferson I don’t care what anyone says dude has Colston size and reach, With excellent Route running skills and Speed and is more than likely known to the play book. He would be the perfect #3 Receiver we need

Colston was a lot bigger than Jefferson.

Coleston 6' 4" 225
Jefferson 6' 3" 192

But I'm with you that Jefferson would be a super piece to add to our offense.

He‘s 6’1 205 I meant Colston reach and size as in his abilities to go get the jump balls . If he runs higher than a 4.5 4.42-4.49 I’d take him in a heartbeat

We won the gamble overall with Ted Ginn Jr. but lost it with Cam Meredith. Safer bet this season is to address WR in the draft. The WR class is way too deep this year to not do it that way. Then there's the obvious financial aspect.

NFL con has him at 6' 1" 205
Draftnetwork.com has him at 6' 3" 192

Those are worlds apart. Both tag him as a true slot WR with unreal hands. Both knock him for being only that.

Knowing how SP loves prototypes, Jefferson might not even be on our radar if NFL.com's measurements are accurate.

Not really and it’s the 6’1 those are official weigh ins I believe . Jefferson is a big body slot who can play some outside yet he has the reach and catch ability of someone whose 6’3-6’4

he ran an official 4.43 which would if I’m not mistaken make him our fastest WR on our roster and which I think is perfectspeed for Brees at this point in his career
