The NFL’s calendar has turned towards Week 12, pitting the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers up against each other from inside the Mercedes Benz-Superdome. The Saints are favored to win this game, and a unanimous panel of NFL experts are picking them to do just that.

But strange things can happen in the NFL, especially during NFC South rivalry games. Everything looks like it’s going the Saints’ way on paper, but there’s no telling what may happen once these teams kick off. With that in mind, here are our bold predictions for the Saints and Panthers.

1. Christian McCaffrey doesn't gain 100 yards from scrimmage

The Saints have stopped McCaffrey on the ground before (he's run for fewer than 20 yards in four of five career games against the Saints), and they finally have the linebackers to cover him.
