People thought we were going to be this crazy run and shoot offense because of Winston but that’s not Payton and that’s not what we need from Winston. Dink and Dunk offense is boring but if run right you can dissect a D and rip their soul out. I said in another thread. Take what the D gives you, don’t turn the ball over and we’d be fine.

I saw the packers kept two safeties deep most of the game. They definitely were concerned about the deep ball and still got burned. The threat of it will finally keep defenses honest again.

Especially since we connected on that Harris TD . Gonna have everyone seeing that.

I highly doubt the Packers would have played Taysom the same way, but that’s just me.

I honestly didn't feel good of him to be our QB, but the moment he showed up to the interview, it completely changed my mind. The way how he speaks and gives credits to the City and everyone, it is really impressive. He also mentions how Drew taught him to make the right decisions, I'm happy to see his transformation. We will find out how he handles losses.

The great Drew Brees did it "only" 7 times during his career (70%, 5 TDs, 0 Ints). It's the most in NFL history.

At some point we have to give Coach Payton credit for the careers of some of these players.
