Boys and girls I hope Teddy gets it going but let’s be honest he will not be Brees. We are so used to Hall of Fame play that average to good play is mind boggling bad to us. I think we see today that Brees is still the MVP of the team.

Teddy looked like a rookie, but he had no help from the rest of the offense either. The team is so use to brees that it through everything off.

I always try to stay positive. Obviously Bridgewater is not going to be Brees. I don't expect him to. I'm willing to see what Bridgewater looks like when the gameplan is tailored to him, when he gets to prepare as the starter all week.

It's perfectly possible to replace Brees with another elite QB. But you have to actually try to do so.

Starting Bridgewater is just settling. Taysom + draft a 1st round QB next year.

Bridgewater sits and waits for someone to get wide open and that just won't work.

I don't believe he can make decisions fast enough to be successful.

I'd rather see Taysom.

There were a LOT of drops today. Losing Drew took the wind out of our sails. The horrible officiating call on the fumble return put a dagger in us. Mentally, we could not recover from that. The entire team was angry and lacked focus after that.
