Let me introduce you to every Saints game prior to 2006.

We were legit bad from 1967 to 2005, so we knew what to expect. The expectations were high in the last decade, and fell short of being met from some stupid playoff miracle or made-up scandal.

I would argue that timeframe should be shortened from 67-85. Once Benson bought the team, the team became competitive and haven’t had that type of drought that the Saints saw in the 70s and early 80s.
