If they are both out is it realistic to believe that Zenner and Parker could contribute in a game of this magnitude after only a few days of practice?

It doesn't seem realistic. If Zenner does special teams I could see him doing just that so Wahington is more available on offense.

As for Parker, maybe we need him for 2 TE sets on O because we shouldn't expect Taysom to do any "heavy lifting" at TE.

Btw, this kind of reminds me of 2009 when we signed Chris McAlister and Mike McKenzie for the Patriots game. I hope we get the same results from these two offense players.
