A hearing in Saints running back Alvin Kamara‘s battery case set has been rescheduled for the third time.

David Charns of KLAS reports that the hearing has been reset for November 9. Lawyers for Kamara and three other defendants, including Chiefs cornerback Chris Lammons, asked the judge for more time to meet with Las Vegas prosecutors in an attempt to resolve the case without going to a trial.

Watch this get wrapped up and they throw down a 6 week suspension right off the batt. Something like that wouldn't be surprising . If it does I feel a little better knowing Murray is available.

There is no question that Kamara and his legal representation have been delaying the end of this hoping he got a full season in playing. Now if the season goes south it does not help the Saints as he will be presumably serving his suspension next season. Same with Maye.

Please settle. The victim clearly deserves the hefty payoff, if he gets it. And Kamara deserves the hit to his hefty wallet. We'll see if that's how it goes down. A suspension would still be likely, but I suppose/hope it would be less than if it went to trial and the videos were released etc.

with how bad this season is going, it may be better for him to take his suspension this year.
You seem to be of the assumption that things are going to be better for the Saints next year.
