All I Can Say (Shannon Hoon documentary) released today (1 Viewer)

I think Change was Shannon Hoon's defining song, which they actually played on Letterman the day Kurt Cobain's body was found...

Kurt hurt the most.

I made a dumb joke to a friend that Kurt was voted "most likely to commit suicide in his high school yearbook"

A few days later...

The film is largely based on hundreds of hours of personal footage shot by Hoon himself before his overdose death in New Orleans in October 1995 just hours before the band was to play a show at Tipitina's.

This review is good:

Has Netflix picked it up?

Or available for rental?

I guess I could look it up.

I admit my knowledge of them extends only as far as No Rain. But I did like that one at the time.

Here you go.

I may rent it.

Was a shocker to hear of his passing back then. R.I.P. Shannon.

I really like Tones of Home.

Kurt's death was far more tragic for me.

Maybe record companies need to start providing mental health care for their artists?!?! A visit with Dr. Drew at least every 3 months.
