Butt Crevasse

In early 2018, a woman postponed cancer treatments so she could pay Elvis Harold Reyes more than $4,000 to sort out her immigration status and let her legally stay in Florida.
She was just one of hundreds of immigrants who turned to Reyes for driver’s licenses and work permits. He represented himself as a philanthropist lawyer and pastor who had learned immigration law as a former FBI agent and who gave back to the immigrant community through his nonprofit ministry.

Instead, according to prosecutors for the Middle District of Florida, he was leading “a life of frauds and swindles,” that led his victims to financial ruin — and even caused some to be deported.

Reyes, 56, was sentenced to more than 20 years in federal prison on Monday after pleading guilty to dozens of charges connected to a sophisticated scheme to con immigrants by filing fraudulent immigration documents and intercepting communications from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to conceal the fraud, all while stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars..............

i hope it is time served without parole, otherwise, was offered too light of a sentence.

Stilwell, who was arrested Saturday night shortly after 9 p.m., has been charged with aggravated battery for the assault in St. Petersburg, according to a Pinellas County arrest affidavit obtained by The Smoking Gun..........

The victim was driving when Stilwell “reached forward and proceeded to choke” him from behind, the document states.

The man tried to pull over, only for Stilwell to crawl into the front of the car “and bite the victim deeply on the neck drawing blood,” according to the affidavit...........

A woman was arrested in Florida on Saturday for allegedly leading law enforcement agencies on a high-speed chase through several counties, and she was reportedly wearing slightly more than just a grin.

The high-speed chase began Saturday morning when state troopers responded to a stolen vehicle alert from the sheriff's office in Gilchrist County, which is just west of Gainesville in the north-central part of the state.

The woman driving the car, later identified as Rachael Lynn Stefancich, 24, of Plant City, took off on southbound Interstate-75 through Sumter County...........
