The Giants got on the board with an early 7-0 lead, but after that, the Saints never looked back, outscoring their hosts over the rest of the afternoon and coming out of New York with an eight point victory to move ahead with a 3-1 record going into their Monday night game at the Superdome next week.
Offense was somewhat hard to come by in the game early on, but after the Saints located Alvin Kamara on a trio of touchdowns, things looked more normal while the defense held things down against the Giants triplets of Eli Manning, Odell Beckham, and Saquon Barkley.
Now, the Saints will tangle with the Redskins next Monday with Mark Ingram back in the rotation.
