Yeah, still pretty cool for a literal backyard find.

Apparently the only place in the US they're found is Oregon and maybe Wyoming. So I guess the previous owner just tossed it in the yard or maybe it came with some fill rocks or something.

This is my rock. I found this near my parents' house in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Well, here it is, my unimpressive $3 agate thunder egg (that I paid $5 to have cut)

I think it's pretty cool. Rather amazing that stuff like this forms at all.
