I found this in the yard. I can't tell if it's some sort of cool volcanic rock that probably has a massive emerald in the middle or if it's just some sort of concrete drip runoff.

Any idea?

Looks like regular concrete with slag or something on it. But it could potentially be worth MILLIONS!!!
