About the only concession Andrus Peat offers in terms of a preferred position on the offensive line is that he feels more comfortable in a stance used on the left side.
That stance, one in which he places his left hand in the turf and with his left foot positioned slightly behind the right, was how he played four seasons at Stanford, before the New Orleans Saints selected him at No. 13 overall in the 2015 NFL Draft.
He since has been put outside his comfort zone by working on the right side at the tackle and guard spots -- he spent time at both during training camp and in the preseason -- before a move to left guard for the start of the regular season.
