Has anyone else posted this yet? I did a quick search and didn't find anything. To what extent do you all think the media contributes to this? A friend of mine says violence is just part of our society and we should just learn to live with it. I disagree wholeheartedly. I feel we need to rise above it. Thoughts.....? I mean, is this type of thing simply embedded in the human condition to the extent we can't get past it?

At any rate, once again, prayers and condolences to the victims and their families, as well as the shooter himself and his family. How bleak must your existence be to see this sort of thing as your only way out? I pray that some good may come from this tragedy. May true Healing occur for all.......
