So if I were to sit in a quiet corner reading Lady Chatterly's Lover I'd be breaking the proposed law?

ah yes nicely vague and impossible to tell if the police are enforcing it properly or not. I foresee a constitutional challenge to the first application of this law if it passes. Unfortunately, Va's DIP law is also horrifically vague and still around.

Aren't those the reasons you go to a bar? Next thing youknow they will make beads illegal during Mardi Gras.
