I don’t think you lose your right to defend yourself after you disengage. Colin Noir had a pretty good video on this topic.In the world I'm familiar with, none of that will matter if Rittenhouse was committing a felony by carrying a firearm when and how he was. Deaths that occur while you're engaged in a crime are automatically your fault.
