Everyone I know was sick over the holidays, I just made sure I washed my hands alot, didn't touch my eyes, covered my drink in public, took lots of C and zinc and I didn't get sick. I tried the Zicam nose deal once in December when I started to get a sore throat and I didn't get sick, but like I said I was loading up on the C and Zinc anyway.

I also wore the thong while playing Rambo in Mee the Spartans so that could have prevented the cold as well

I'm trying Zicam right now since I feel a cold coming on. I'm using the RapidMelt tablets. They are teh nasty tasting. So far, I'm on number 3 and I swallowed it whole due teh nasty tasting. Then I read the bottle and it says, "Do not swallow whole". I hope I don't explode.

The RapidMelts are disgusting. I always use the nasal swabs and they work great.

I like the thong look, but my wife says it looks funny with a pillow case sewn to it.

Zicam rocks! taken it for years and asap after the first sniffle or scratchy throat. And, if you use a black pillow case for the package, the thong won't look so wierd.
