Anyone catch Zach Strief on SiriusXM MTC? (1 Viewer)

I heard it was a really good interview but I just missed it. Anyone catch it?

I heard parts of it. They asked him about Armstead, he said that he was coming along good. Talked some about his old role as the tackle eligible. Asked him about Marrone and he told about his first interview with him during the 06 combine and that he thought Marrone hated him and that there was no way the Saints were going to draft him. At the end Kirwin said he would like to make Zach a weekly interview and Zach seemed all for it.

I heard pat talking about it after it was over! Grrrrrr! They said Zach made a joke about how the Saints had a wealth of talent on the left side and he hoped they stayed over there.

Dang.. missed it. I heard he was coming up, started the recorder and set it for 30 minutes. Turned out he was late and I missed it. I'll catch it on the replay tonight tho'.

I did pick up a pretty good discussion on the Saints while they were filling for time tho'..

Pat was really impressed with Zach and how well spoken he was. I hope he decides to make the weekly spots they talked about and maybe even go onto being a radio host after his football career. He also talked a bit about his cooking book and that he got to cook with the White House head chef when they went there after the Super Bowl.

Bobby & Deke will ruin him, once these 2 bozos get to him!

What I mean is that they should hire someone like him in place of bobby and deke. Steve Korte (sp?) is great and is infinitely more qualified. But they hide him 3 hours before kickoff. He should be featured. Do people really listen to Bobby and Deke? How are they making money?
