Anyone else lose all add- on’s Today on FireFox? (1 Viewer)

I hate it when they do this,

There's a quick fix for it. To get the fix now:

1. Go to your Firefox preferences
2. Go to the Privacy/Security section
3. Scroll down and select the option to allow Firefox to install Studies (it's like their way of pushing beta fixes)
4. Restart Firefox

Your add-ons should now be back. Once they are, you can turn Studies back off.

I've been back up for a few hours now.

I got a secure connection failed notice when I tried to sign in today. Contact site admin or something to that effect. Not sure exactly how I got here now (googled saints report, just kept clicking different things till I got in) but once I got in, I was signed in like normal. Could what you are talking about have any thing to do with this? And for a non tech person, would the fix above fix this also?
