Anyone familiar with Strayer University (1 Viewer)

they have a position listed that I think I would like. The problem is that I would be responsible for campuses in 4 or 5 states. It is a facility management postition with respsonsibilities in Fl, NC, Ga, Ark, Tenn and maybe Texas.

That whole industry is dying, isn't it?

I'd look very carefully at whether or not it's going to be there in 5 years.

If you have a good job now, it'd be worth a look, but I'd be very careful about leaving your current job for this one.

If you're out of work, go for it, with the caveat that you should keep looking for another job since for-profit universities are under extreme scrutiny right now and most won't make it.

Depending on how quick they fill positions, I can retire in the spring and then this would be play around money.
