Looking at the Google map, it looks like you would be in the "Milan" neighborhood. Sounds exotic... probably lots of models, they often go to Milan.

I have a female friend that lives in that area. She has a monster dog that people usually walk the other way. But I used to live about 8 blocks from there and to be honest, you are going to have some fairly major almost organized crime nearby, unless it has changed a lot in a few years. They had guys caught on camera firing machine guns at cars back there many years ago. Maybe it has changed a lot, but do your homework.
