I've been messing around with my wife's old 50mm Canon FD lens adapted to the NEX6. I can't always get the sharpness I'm after, at least not yet, though I have an idea on how to fix that. I do like messing around with it and find it to have more character than the kit lens. Here's a freshly shorn golden doodle this afternoon on our dirty floors.

Nice. I've not seen peppers like that boiled before. And I'm not sure why not. Seems like a great idea.

Last one, How?

My daughter was trying to grab camera when i took the photo, so it was an empty hand. i shrunk the photo using Gimp, and put in in her hand in original photo, then did the same again. then again.

A couple flowers from the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival (about 25 miles south of Bellingham):















All taken with 50D, 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II, and handy new cheapo Meike grip to cut down on battery swaps.
