I look forward to the possibility of a rematch with the Saints. I think that we are the twoo best teams in the NFC, regardless of what the record of the bears is.

Our defense is playing much much better, our offense is as balanced as I have ever seen it in the Reid era. Looking forward to this game. I think that we will beat the falcons, because the giants are due to win against the redskins, and they dont match up well at all against us. So I can see us playing once again in the dome

As a Saints fan, I agree with that. The Eagles, in my opinion, are the team I would least like to face due to an experienced QB and a team full of players and coaches who have been there. But I think coach Payton said it well yesterday, when you get to the playoffs everyone is good. And yes, I really like the thought of an NFC Championship game in the Dome!

It's hard to admit on Wednsesday that on Monday I was a bona-fide Eagles fan. Today of course I look forward to smackin' em around again.

I agree Verse. Next to my Saints the Eagles look to be playing the best football right now.

I can't tell you what they think now. But I know before our first meeting they were calling the game a "cakewalk" for them. Then they blamed the game on the refs when they lost.

Brees a smart, accurate weak armed QB with a quick release. He's not that big, 6-0, though at 221 lbs he won't break like Koy or Ty, he's not that fast, but he's quick and can move around the pocket.

LB: Scott Shanlee, who the Saints traded for after the Cowboys showcased him in preseason b/c he was on the bubble, is actually playing pretty well at WLB. He's got good size but average speed and athleticism, and is better suited to ILB. Our old friend Sims is at MLB, where he has 27 tackles, 1 stuff and no other big plays

I guess you would say thats a flat out lie??? you do have some of the worst lbs in the NFL

your our of your mind. this saints team is an overachieving bunch, that has had trouble with teams like the packers, bucs, and browns.

no way no how does that defense hold the eagles to 17 points. You must be kidding. how many points did you hold green bay to? how about that pathetic tampa team? the eagles are playing offense better than anyteam in football riught now and score from anywhere on the field.

Ill take my offense verses your defense any day of the week, over your offense verses our defense. Admit it so would you.

We didnt blame the game on the refs, you guys had a very nice drive at the end. We also had some stupid mistakes [ 12 Players on the field when we sacked you on that drive for example ] . It was a good game and hopefully if we play you guys again it will be another great game..

I know some Eagles fans(3 of them) and all of them thought that game was a fluke and that it was an abiration. One of them even refused to give us any credit and said that they were still better then us. I haven't talked to him in awhile but the other two don't say much about the game earlier in the year.:dunno:

That game was so long ago, I dont remember the circumstances, the two things that I do remember was michael lewis giving up an easy td , and the Saints marching off a 7 minute drive

I personally don't care who play as we have shown we can play with anyone in the NFC, as for the AFC, all you have to do is play great for one game and all that other stuff means nothing.
