If something really weird happened and we had to replace CSP who would you want as our next coach? I have no idea who I would go with.

Same here. I was not very happy with the hire. Not sure my opinion is worth what Trevor Simien pays for a haircut.

Id really like Callahan. Out of all of them i think he is most impressive candidate.

Eric Bieneny hard to gage he was a RB and Nagy and Peterson were thought to be offensive geniuses. I have feeling Andy is the one that really calls plays

Mickey gets a lot of credit here on cap management, but his best move by far was being "wowed" by Payton in the interview and making the hire. If we have to replace, Mickey gets free reign to make the call.

I agree here. Nobody knows the ins-and-outs of the CSP offensive philosophy as well as Pete Carmichael.

…and how sweet would it be for Carmichael to end up being some genius HC that just needed a shot after being looked over for nearly 20 years.

Keep DA and/or Neilsen as DC.
