If you mean the Mark Fields that I think you do, he was drafted in 1995, but I get your point.

I don't think it will be that different. A little more balance with MT healthy and (hopefully) a little more ammo at WR. More stretching the field b/c Jameis has an arm we haven't had for a few years, even with Drew--and there wasn't much downfield juice on the team last year.

To piggyback on this question, and I know you probably won’t answer since you closed this session, but how do you see the offensive plan being different now that Sean is gone but Pete is still along as the OC? Would you think Pete would shake things up now that it’s his plan to call?

Penning and Olave would put me through the roof (in a good way). That's two day-1 starters and eventual (if not immediate) pro-bowlers. You just filled the 2 biggest needs on the team in one fell swoop.
