(CBS/AP) Britney Spears and Kevin Federline made a four-hour sex tape early in their marriage that he is now threatening to sell unless she gives in to his demands in their divorce case, according to a British tabloid, The News of the World.

It says Federline wants more than $30 million from Spears, along with custody of the couple's two young children, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James, 8 weeks. The newspaper also reports that Federline has been offered $50 million for the tape by one film company that wants to put the video online.

Britney Spears is facing legal action from an Irish newspaper after she sued it earlier in the year for hinting she was considering divorcing husband Kevin Federline.

The Sunday Independent newspaper printed an interview with Britney in June this year and Britney immediately filed a suit against them, claiming comments had been taken out of context to make it look like she was having marriage troubles.

Here's a link the original tabloid story...they've got quotes from hotel staff, Vegas call girls, K-Fed's drug habits, all kinds of stuff.

"She raced up to his room and found another girl in there.

"They didn't need to be doing anything. Just the fact she was in there was enough to confirm months of suspicions, rumours and accusations about him playing away.

"Two members of staff were fired for handing over the keys, but the damage was done.

"Britney had seen all she had to and decided their marriage was over on the spot."

Last week she filed for divorce after dumping him by text.
